Founder Profile: Glenn Jones
Applied Latitude Consulting is led by Glenn Jones, an Australian aviation and operational-training professional with more than 30 years of deep industry experience.
As an experienced military and civilian pilot and instructor, Glenn has spent his career operating within and managing complex, safety-critical, and multicultural environments. His background includes significant roles in flying-training leadership, instructor development, training-system design, and operational governance.
Glenn is also the founder and active operator of Warbird Flights Walcha. Personally conducting warbird flights and applying military-grade safety disciplines keeps his advice connected to the daily realities of leadership, human performance, risk and operational decision-making.
